Month Lifestyle:
Karma is trying to enforce the concept of having a healthy lifestyle by having a balanced meal along with a convenient workout. The program starts by giving an orientation to the members regarding its value proposition, followed by an initial assessment which includes members vitals, RBS, HBA1c and BMI. We Will have a walk to engage members and to launch the program (this physical activity Will be repeated every 45 days to ensure commitment and engagement). A customized nutrition plan Will be drafted to each member, also our clinical nutritionist Will be available to provide support via a WhatsApp number. Last but not least a short workout tips and videos Will be provided to members.
